About JobOS
JobOS is an AI job search agent. It finds roles for you, scores each one against your resume, drafts a tailored resume and cover letter, and keeps every application in one tracker. It never applies or messages anyone on your behalf.
Who runs JobOS
JobOS is built and operated by Zaw Hein Aung in Singapore, as a sole proprietorship. Messages sent through the contact form or to support@jobosagent.com reach a person, not a ticket queue.
JobOS at jobosagent.com is not affiliated with JobOS AI (jobos.ai) or other products that use the JobOS name.
What JobOS does, and what it will not do
- It finds jobs on a schedule and gives each one a match score with the skills you have and the skills the role asks for that you are missing.
- It tailors your resume from your master resume and drafts cover letters and application answers. Every draft is yours to edit before you use it.
- It tracks your applications and reminds you to follow up. Tracking is free and unlimited.
- It never submits an application, sends an email, or messages a recruiter for you. You decide what goes out.
- It does not log in to LinkedIn, Indeed or any other site, and it does not scrape behind login walls, so there is nothing to get your accounts flagged.
Where the jobs come from
JobOS searches MyCareersFuture, company career sites it watches directly, and remote job feeds. You can add LinkedIn and Indeed jobs by forwarding their alert emails to your JobOS address, save a job from any careers page with the Chrome extension, or paste a job link.
Your data
- JobOS does not sell your personal data.
- To score jobs and draft documents, relevant parts of your resume, profile and the job description are sent to AI model providers. Only what a feature needs is sent.
- AI output is a draft. It can contain mistakes, so review anything before you use it.
- Personal data is handled under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Some service providers may store or process data outside Singapore, with comparable protection.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing support@jobosagent.com.
