“User Content” means content you upload, enter, import, or generate through the Service, including resumes, career history, job preferences, saved jobs, notes, application statuses, job descriptions, and generated documents.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content only as reasonably necessary to:
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.
JobOS may help generate tailored resumes, cover letters, summaries, job-fit scores, and recommendations. These outputs are drafts.
You are solely responsible for:
We do not guarantee that any generated resume, cover letter, score, or recommendation will be accurate, complete, suitable, ATS-compatible, or effective.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, generic, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
You should not rely on AI outputs as professional, legal, financial, career, or employment advice.
We do not guarantee:
You must independently verify any important information before acting on it.
JobOS may help you import, parse, organise, or review job opportunities from third-party sources such as job boards, company career pages, email alerts, browser extension imports, or other integrations.
Third-party services are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for:
You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party services you use with JobOS.
If you use email forwarding, job-alert parsing, Telegram alerts, or similar notification features, you authorise JobOS and its service providers to receive, parse, process, and store the relevant messages or metadata needed to provide those features.
You are responsible for ensuring that any email forwarding, alert setup, or integration you configure is authorised and does not violate third-party terms, workplace policies, or applicable law.
JobOS may offer Free and paid plans.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, taxes, and renewals.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
We may offer free trials, promotional credits, discounts, or beta access at our discretion.
Trial and promotional terms may vary and may be changed or withdrawn at any time, subject to applicable law and the terms shown when you sign up.
If a paid subscription begins after a trial, you are responsible for cancelling before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.

Some features may be experimental, beta, incomplete, rate-limited, or subject to change.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without your consent.
